WINTER PARK, FL,–Full Sail University (www.fullsail.edu) announced six new inductees who will make up the 2010 class of the Full Sail University Hall of Fame.
2009 marked the inaugural year for the university’s Hall of Fame, which was launched alongside and in honor of the institution’s 30-year anniversary. The Hall of Fame recognizes the historic accomplishments of Full Sail graduates, and is physically located at the center of Full Sail’s 190-acre campus. The Hall of Fame is structurally comprised of a 60-foot mixed media wall featuring video, sound, pictures, and industry credits of chosen graduates. In addition, the site includes artifacts and memorabilia of the previous Hall of Fame inductees.
Hundreds of candidates are considered for selection, and the individuals chosen for a given year’s class are confirmed by a Full Sail committee of faculty, administrators, and past Hall of Fame inductees. The selection is based upon the prospective inductee’s commitment to their profession and career accomplishments in the industry for more than a decade, as well as the model they have set for the Full Sail community at large.
